At Computer Aid Kenya, we’re thrilled to share a milestone in our Mombasa Digital Schools initiative! We brought digital access to three remote schools in Kwale County—Muungano Comprehensive, Sakake Comprehensive, and Mbele Secondary School—all located in areas without reliable electricity. Thanks to solar-powered laptops, these students are now connected to the digital world for the first time.
Why This Matters
In underserved regions, lack of electricity and technology creates a steep barrier to education.
Our solution? Sustainable, solar-powered digital classrooms that ensure:

✔️Interactive, projector-enhanced lessons across all subjects
✔️Printed study materials (via donated printers) for continued learning at home
